Landscaper’s growing ambition

AN award-winning landscape gardening firm is celebrating its success with a move into new office.
Landscape Creations is one of a number of new tenants to move into Folly Hall Mills – an historic Grade II listed mill in the centre of Huddersfield.
Ben Stirling, managing director of the firm, said that the move was crucial to Landscape Creations’ expansion.
The firm, which was founded in 1994, has won a string of awards including at Tatton Park Flow Show in Cheshire.
“We are all aware that these are challenging economic times, but we are finding that more and more people are investing in their homes and gardens in order to secure their future,” he said.
“An enhanced garden is a wonderful way of adding value to a home – and it’s hugely enjoyable and therapeutic too.”
He added: ” “We are proud of our reputation of one of Yorkshire’s finest landscape gardening firms and our new town centre offices will make us readily accessible to customers old and new.”
Mr Stirling said that the family-run firm believed strongly in the importance of training and qualifications as was the first company to put its employees through the Landscape Award.
The firm offers a design to completion service with teams split into aborists, builders, designers, garden engineers, landscapers and plant specialists.
“Ultimately we want to create the ‘wow’ factor in every garden we work on. We believe that the passion we have for landscaping gardening, from walling to lawns, through water features and rockeries to design and planting, shines through our work and can turn our customers’ dreams into reality,” Mr Stirling added.
