Adler & Allan swoops for rival
ADLER & Allan, the environmental services group, has completed a multi-milion pound acquisition.
The fuel distributor, based in Harrogate, has acquired E&S Environmental Services.
Adler & Allan, which has annual turnover of around £35m, provides a range of services to the oil and environmental management sector.
Oxfordshire-based E&S provides services to the petroleum and associated industries and covers problems including fuel management and leak detection.
E&S employs 30 people and Adler & Allan hopes the purchase will increase its presence on forecourts and allow it to offer more technical services.
