International designer marks first Yorkshire project
INTERNATIONAL fashion designer Ben de Lisi has unlocked the doors to his debut Yorkshire property development by handing over the keys to the first residents.
Ben welcomed Brett and Jo Pearlman, the first home-owners of 564 The Place, by personally handing over the keys and giving them a guided tour of their new property.
Mr Pearlman said: "It was great to meet the man behind the design of our new home and we are really looking forward to moving in."
Fronting onto Harrogate Road, Alwoodley, 564 The Place is the flagship development of 15 unique one and two bedroom apartments combining the creative flair of celebrity fashion designer Ben de Lisi and Harrogate based Avenir Properties.
Avenir Properties sales manager Amanda Brayshaw said: "When the first residents move in to any of our developments, it is always a proud moment. This one is extra special to us as it marks the success of our new partnership with Ben, something he too wanted to share.
"The level of interest 564 has achieved is just incredible, and a great complement for all the hard work put into it. Work is already well underway for our second joint project in Rawdon, which will see Ben at the forefront of design once again."
