Permission renewed at Vantage Park

OUTLINE planning consent has been renewed for the remainder of the business park at Vantage Park in South Yorkshire.
The permission for a mixture of industrial units ranging in size from 20,000 sq ft upwards has been renewed by Sheffield City Council.
The plans allow individual requirements on a design and build basis for sale and to let on the prime site at junction 34 of the M1 motorway.
Rebecca Schofield, of Knight Frank in Sheffield, which is agents for Vantage Park, said: “The office element of the scheme has proved successful attracting a variety of occupiers including Bradken and Millgate Computers.
“The renewed planning consent for the remainder of the site confirms developers Ordic Investments’ commitment to the scheme with marketing underway targeting industrial, distribution and office occupiers.
Requirements from 20,000 sq ft to 120,000 sq ft can be accommodated on a leasehold or freehold basis, with development opportunities available for warehouse, industrial or office use. In addition we may consider disposing of serviced plots should there be interest.”
Vantage Park’s phase one office accommodation is available immediately, with 2,000 to 22,000 sq ft of high quality office space available across three buildings.
