Stock Market Latest: Licensing agreement for ZOO; Belgravium confident on future;

MEDIA software firm ZOO Digital today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with Global Digital Media Xchange (GDMX).

GDMX will use ZOO’s systems to create Blu-ray Disc and digital products for VOD (Video On Demand) providers more quickly and efficiently, reducing costs and time-to-market.

Stuart Green, chief executive of Sheffield-based ZOO, said: “As a leading provider of workflow automation solutions for the filmed entertainment market, we look forward to working with GDMX to enable more efficient production of Blu-ray discs and digital distribution titles.”

DATA capture systems specialist Belgravium Technologies said today that based on its competitive strategic position and improved market confidence, it continues to win orders and increase turnover.

John Kembery, chairman of the Bradford-based company, said: “We expect these conditions to be maintained and the group to have a steadily improving year.”
