KC celebrates contract win

COMMUNICATIONS firm KC has secured a £1.3m contract extension from BT to provide contact centre services.
The deal will see Hull-based KC’s contact centres handle calls and emails for a central Government department in a deal subcontracted by BT Global Services.
Tony Jopling, head of KC Contact Centres, said: “We’re delighted that our contract with BT Global Services to support its outsourced contract with central Government has been extended.
“It’s an important contract for us – BT has exacting standards for service delivery and their desire to continue working in partnership with us is a signal to other potential customers of the quality of the services we provide.”
KC Contact Centres has provided services to Government departments on behalf of BT for seven years and the latest deal represents a three year contract extension.
The company’s other clients include Hull City Council, Bolton Council and Telephonetics VIP.
