Humberts Leisure team moves offices

PROPERTY consultancy GVA has welcomed hotel and leisure specialist Humberts Leisure into its Leeds office following its acquisition last month.

The new seven-strong leisure team in Leeds, which will form part of the wider national GVA Humberts Leisure team, has relocated from its Skipton office.

Fellow Humberts Leisure team members from around the UK have now also fully integrated into GVA’s network of offices.

GVA said the acquisition will allow the company to tap into the wider UK leisure sector and enable the two firms to take advantage of more distressed hotel and leisure assets in the coming year.
