Harrogate set to welcome pasta master Antonio Carluccio

Italian cookery writer, restauranteur, chef and food expert Antonio Carluccio is visiting Carluccio’s Harrogate Restaurant next month for an exclusive signing of his latest book.

To celebrate his appearance at the BBC Good Food Show Carluccio is visiting the restaurant on May 5 between noon and 2pm.

Visitors will be able to have their copy of his latest book, Vegetables, personally signed by the great man himself while listening to him share anecdotes from his 60 years of culinary adventures.

He will talk to visitors about his new recipes dedicated to glorious greens, roots and shoots, including favourites Lasagne di bietole (beetroot lasagne) and Torta rustica di patate (rustic potato cake).

Carluccio will be at the BBC Good Food Show on Saturday May 6 and Sunday May 7 at Harrogate Convention Centre, where he will be cooking seasonal Italian dishes from his new book live in the supertheatre.

Places at the book signing are complimentary and the book is available for the special price of £20.
