190,000 sq ft warehouse undergoes revamp

A 190,000 sq ft warehouse formerly occupied by US office supplies giant Fellowes is being transformed in a major refurbishment.

The West Moor Park site near Doncaster has been refurbished to make way for a new tenant.

The refurb will be complete by the end of June said property agents.

Iain McPhail, industrial property partner with Knight Frank in Leeds, who are jointly marketing the warehouse on behalf of the landlords, said: “This is an excellent opportunity to lease one of the finest industrial logistics units in Yorkshire.
