More companies flock to business park as further lettings secured

Demand for commercial property has sparked further lettings at a West Yorkshire business park as it continues to attract growing companies.

Commercial property developer Frank Marshall Estates has secured two lettings at Newhall Business Park in Bradford.

Kokoon, a multi-discipline graphics, sign making and digital printer, has signed a ten-year lease for unit 4, which offers 7,500sq ft of industrial and trade counter space.

The lease of the unit follows on from Candy Hero, which sells confectionery and groceries imported from around the world, agreeing a ten-year on an 11,500sq ft unit at the site.

As well as the most recent deals, further lettings have been completed at the site with Wilkies Flooring and Eric Wrights taking the site to being two thirds let, with just four units remaining.

Advsiors on the deals included Simon Mydlowski of Gordons, Jonathan O’Connor of chartered surveyors Walker Singleton and John Padgett of Eddisons.
