Former Masonic building to go under the hammer

A former Masonic building in Bradford will be going under the hammer at a property auction next week.

The property off Manningham Lane is set in 1.4 acres of land with parking for 40 cars.

The two floor building has a total floor space of 874 sqm and has a guide price of £450,000 to £500,000.

It will go under the hammer at Edward Mellor’s next property auction at Salford’s A J Bell Stadium on July 26.
