Côte Brasserie says Bonjour to Trinity Leeds

French inspired restaurant favourite Côte Brasserie has launched one of its largest sites at Trinity Leeds.

Côte Brasserie has spent more than £1m in creating its trademark Parisian-style brassiere on the upper level of Trinity Leeds, covering 4,000 sq ft, overlooking the centre’s galleried atrium space.

Designed by Cantor Masters, the opening will create more than 40 jobs across its management, service, and kitchen teams.

Guests can look forward to classic French delicacies and an extensive French wine list with wines from a number of independent producers.

Alex Scrimgeour, CEO at Côte Restaurants, said: “Leeds is such a busy, thriving city and we are delighted to be opening right in the heart of town. Trinity Leeds has a great reputation for offering a diverse range of food and drink options, we look forward to adding our blend of quality French food, friendly professional service and great value to the mix.”

Rob Jewell, portfolio director at Landsec, which owns and manages Trinity Leeds, said: “Trinity Leeds is a day and evening retail and leisure destination anchored by vibrant experiences. The opening of Côte, with its authentic Parisian offering, further enhances the exciting food and beverage line-up.”
