Quantbet deal sees city centre building fully let

Property development and investment company CEG is celebrating the letting of the final floor of 84 Albion Street in Leeds to expanding statistical research company Quantbet.

The refurbished 17,225 sq ft office is now fully occupied following the letting of the 3,445 sq ft, fifth floor suite to Quantbet.

Caroline Rowley, investment manager at CEG, said: “We are delighted to welcome Quantbet to 84 Albion to complete our tenant line up. Their decision to locate here reflects the quality of space that we have managed to create.”

Robin Beagley, partner at letting agents WSB, added: “84 Albion Street offers the perfect blend of conventional office space with a creative twist. The letting of the final floor to Quantbet is testimony to the successful delivery by CEG of a working environment that’s a little bit more inspiring than the norm.”

WSB brokered the deal on behalf of CEG with joint letting agents Fox Lloyd Jones.

CEG also manages space at Thorpe Park in Leeds and is developing the flagship £400m Kirkstall Forge scheme and the regeneration of a 3.52 hectare site in the Leeds South Bank regeneration area.
