Property firm snaps up 70,000 sq ft industrial site

The former headquarters of fleet management business Global Autocare at Cross Green in Leeds has been acquired by In-site Property Solutions.

The 70,000 sq ft site has been named Crossland Park.

The company purchased a similar site nearby on Cross Green Approach in 2015.

In-site targets secondary industrial property with potential to add significant value and create high yields.

In-site Property Solutions managing director Alex Boyle said: “The former Global Autocare headquarters is an exciting site for us. We are changing the configuration and plan to take away a section that has low eaves, while at the same time creating much better circulation and access.

“We plan to let the property as one unit or split it into several units.”

Holder and Co. and Cushman and Wakefield have been appointed as marketing agents for Crossland Park.

Tim Cross, head of commercial property at Langleys Solicitors, York acted for In-site Property Solutions.

He said: “There are still some good opportunities in the market for purchasers like In-site who see the potential beyond the existing footprint.”
