People: Senior promotions at Colliers; Director hire for £90m turnover fit-out firm; and more

Colliers International’s Leeds office has made two senior promotions.

Following her relocation from Colliers’ London retail agency team to Leeds in 2016, Olivia Hughes has been promoted to associate director and will continue to provide strategic property advice to national retailers and landlords in Yorkshire and across the UK.

Meanwhile, Gavin Foxton from Colliers’ project and building consultancy team has risen from the position of senior surveyor to associate director. Having joined the agency in 2016 as part of Colliers’ acquisition of building consultancy specialist, Bollingbrook, Foxton also began his career with Colliers in London, relocating to lead the firm’s project management team in the North of England, for which he splits his time between the Leeds and Manchester offices.

Greg Styles, head of Colliers International in Leeds, said: “These promotions are truly well deserved and I’d like to personally congratulate Olivia and Gavin for the hard work and dedication they have shown in reaching these personal career milestones.

“At Colliers, we place great importance on developing from within and these promotions are testament to the increasing breadth and depth of talent available to our valued clients throughout the Yorkshire & Humberside region and beyond.”
