Major warehouse letting completes

A 190,877 sq ft high bay facility at Hollingwood 200 in Bradford has been let to Barwick Bathroom Distribution on a 10 year lease in a deal thought to be one of the largest warehouse lettings in the city for a number of years.

Hollingwood 200 is a large, self-contained industrial warehouse situated on Hollingwood Lane offering access to the the North of England and is equidistant from both Liverpool and Hull Ports.

Mike Baugh, senior director, industrial agency team at CBRE Leeds, said: “Hollingwood 200 is a highly desirable industrial opportunity which we were successful in letting for our clients within two months of receipt of instructions.”
