176,000 sq ft unit comes to market

A 176,000 sq ft distribution unit which was occupied by TK Maxx  in Castleford has been brought to market.

GVA has been instructed to market the unit, which is adjacent to junction 31 of the M62 and is available for immediate occupation. It has 16 dock level access doors and an eaves height in excess of 12m.

Tenant TK Maxx completed a series of works on the property before vacating the unit. It is now available to let by way of a new lease on behalf of a private landlord.
