Trade park welcomes latest tenant after £1.3m refurb

L.W. Print Finishers is the latest company to move to Larsen Trade Park in Goole following the completion of a £1.3m.

Relocating from their previous base in Market Weighton, the specialist textile sample manufacturers have made the move to almost 8,500 sq ft of space after signing up on a 10 year deal.

Owned by Avon Capital Estates, the estate provides over 100,000 s. ft of industrial / trade counter accommodation across 18 units and is home to occupiers such as Jewson, Graham, Tillery Valley and Global Foodservice.

Jonathan Jacob, surveyor at Gent Visick, said:“Goole is proving an increasingly popular location for both trade counter and industrial occupiers, and with the high quality buildings we can now offer at Larsen Trade Park, we expect to be announcing further lettings on the estate in the coming months”.
