A 200,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution unit in Rotherham has been launched onto the market.

Acting on behalf of Ascendas Reit, Singapore’s largest listed business space and industrial real estate investment trust, the Industrial Agency teams at CBRE and Knight Frank have been instructed to let Unit 3, Brookfields Way.
