Seaside town residential scheme to be launched to market

The Spa Well Court residential development in Whitby are being brought to market by estate agency Hendersons.

Hendersons was appointed to the scheme, located in the centre of the seaside town, by property developer Caedmon Home

Spa Well Court, which is situated off Broomfield Terrace, comprises 10 apartments and 10 town houses. The apartments are priced from £165,000, with the town houses starting from £295,000.

The properties will be ready for occupation in September this year.

Caedmon Homes is the residential development arm of North Yorkshire-based property company Norstar Real Estate Group.
