North Yorkshire village housing scheme to be brought to market
A new residential development in a North Yorkshire village is set to be brought to market.
Caedmon Homes is currently building 34 houses in Kirby Hill at a development called Priory Meadows, which will be launched later this month.
The development will range from two-bed bungalows to five-bed houses, priced between £250,000 and £600,000, and 14 affordable homes which have already bought by Wakefield District Housing for over £1m.
Caedmon Homes, the residential development arm of property company Norstar Real Estate Group, has appointed property consultancy Linley and Simpson to market Priory Meadows.

Phase one of Priory Meadows will be completed in May, with 12 houses available for occupation then. The whole development is scheduled to be finished by the end of the year.
