Plans submitted for two-tower block development

Plans have been submitted to build a £65m tower block in Leeds comprising of 349 apartments.

Court Collaboration in partnership with Torsion Developments has submitted a planning application for the £65m two-tower block development on Saxton Lane.

The 18 and 22 storey tower blocks will contain 349 apartments on the former Alton Cars showroom site. Planning consent is due at the end of May 2019 with a start on-site programmed for late summer 2019.

Leeds Architects Den Architecture and Structural Engineer CWA form part of Torsion’s design team on the project, which is expected to complete in 2021.
