Two new deals for retail park

Two new deals have been completed at East Side Retail Park, Leeds.

The park, which only completed at the end of last year, is now 96% let and pre-sold. The latest tenant, Sue Ryder, has taken 5,405 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft is under offer to Greggs.

The retailers join anchor tenant Lidl, as well as Home Bargains, Marstons Pub and Westwood Vets’ purpose built clinic at the popular site.

The park has been delivered by C&W Property Developments, a joint venture between Yorkshire-based Caddick Construction and property investor Duncan Waller. Caddick Construction completed the build at the end of 2018.

The site includes 298 car-parking spaces for shoppers. The final 2,962 sq ft unit has received a lot of interest.
