Homes for Students, the Harrogate headquartered student accommodation manager, has secured an estimated £3.5m, 10-year contract with Knight Frank Investment Management to deliver management services at St Leonard’s House in Lancaster. St Leonard’s House, owned by Lancashire County Council, is a new purpose-built, scheme which will be ready for occupation for the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year.
