BRAND development and website specialist Jon Davis has joined Bradford creative and marketing agency This is Chemistry as senior account manager.
He brings 18 years of strategic marketing and communications experience to the full service agency’s team, led by partners Jonathan Southcott and Martin Fisher.
He was formerly a sales director of Bradford website consultancy Inphinet.

FULL service marketing agency Fantastic Media has made two new appointments.
The new recruits are Keelie Hepton, joining the agency from Leeds-based Propaganda, and Paul Braddock who comes on board fresh from Huddersfield University.
Keelie will further strengthen the client services team as senior account manager.
Paul was spotted at his end of year show by Fantastic’s head of creative, and is now Fantastic’s newest creative designer.

A NEW live action, interactive, music game featuring CBBC characters Hacker and Dodge has been launched by the CBBC after being developed by Leeds-based creative communications agency Brass.
Created in house by Brass’s ‘Invent’ team, which specialises in developing new products, services and IP, the game breaks new ground in the use of interactive live action video which allows children to directly control the actions of their CBBC heroes.
‘Pup Stars’, which is now available on the BBC website, follows the adventures of Hacker and Dodge as they seek to form a band to take part in Wigan’s Dead Talented and allows players to help create the music as the story develops.

PR agency HR Media has won a string of contracts to raise the profile of a number of sporting events taking place in Sheffield.
For the third year running, HR Media will be promoting the Bupa Great Yorkshire Run on October 9.
HR Media is also working with South Yorkshire Sport to promote key projects, such as Future Gold, which links local businesses and organisations willing to provide sponsorship to the region’s talented young sports stars.
The agency has been appointed to support Aerial Extreme – a high ropes adventure course located next to iceSheffield. HR Media is utilising social media, local press and competitions to inform families from the region about the adventure facility.
HR Media is also playing a central role in raising awareness of the British Open Para Table Tennis Championships 2011, as well as supporting the production of an event programme publication.

AN online glasses retailer has appointed Leeds-based Chocolate PR to head the PR and marketing for the relaunch of its online shop.
Shipley based SpeckyFourEyes.com has enlisted the help of Chocolate PR to drive the brand forward with the re-launched website and increase awareness of its online eye wear collections through a combination of PR, social media and marketing activity.
