New tenant for expanding retail and leisure farm conversion

Leeds-based Chartered Surveyors Carter Towler have been appointed to market and manage The Courtyard, a growing rural retail destination on the A65, near Settle.

The 4,669 sq ft complex sits within a 1 acre site and consists of seven retail and leisure units. The former farm buildings are currently occupied by bespoke furniture company Dalesbred; fabric and accessories manufacturer Abraham Moon; beauty salon Bellezza Dentra and The Brasserie Restaurant.

Carter Towler have taken responsibility for managing the properties and the needs of the current tenants as well as identifying additional occupiers for the two vacant units.
