Buildings which housed school and nursery are put on the market

The former Rastrick School and nursery buildings in Brighouse are up for sale.

The school previously educated up to 482 pupils and had operated for over 25 years before closing down.

It had operated across two buildings, both of which have D1 consent. The premises include a grand reception hallway, a sports hall, kitchen and multiple classrooms, with the gross internal area of the main buildings totalling 16,706 sq ft.

The vacant buildings are now being marketed by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
