A4e launches Bradford base
TRAINING company Action for Employment (A4e) has launched a headquarters for its Pathways to Work scheme in West Yorkshire.
A4e, which finds new jobs for the unemployed, has taken 5,000 sq ft of office space at Mercury House in Bradford.
The office will be A4e's headquarters for management of the new Pathways to Work scheme, an initiative set up to assist people with health conditions and disabilities to consider their options for returning to work.
DTZ acted on behalf of the Learning & Skills Council on the letting, which A4e has taken on a five year lease at a rent equivalent to £50,000 per year.
Phillip Dawson, associate director at DTZ, said: “There remains 11,176 sq ft of space available over two floors. This comprises 5,600 sq ft of office accommodation and a similar sized conference and training facility.”
