Contractor appointed for industrial development at airport
Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, has appointed JF Finnegan as the main contractor to construct two speculative industrial units next to Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
In April 2019, Trebor Developments and Hillwood agreed terms with Peel L&P to acquire the land.
The units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft will be built together and available for occupation in mid-2020.
These properties will be suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses and benefit from large yards, good power supply and Category A first floor offices.

“This location is excellent, with outstanding new infrastructure/roads and located next to a fast-growing regional airport.
