Consultancy moves into premises on grounds of historic estate

A management consultancy has taken on a 904 sq ft office at Harewood Yard, in Leeds.

Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, has let the open-plan office accommodation to Moston Consultants for a five-year lease term.

The business will occupy a suite on the ground floor of a Grade II Listed building situated on the historic Harewood Estate. Retaining its period features throughout, the premises has been carefully converted into high-quality office accommodation.

Despite its idyllic surroundings, the suite benefits from high-speed internet connectivity, a bio-mass heating system with underfloor heating, on-site parking and 24-hour security.
