20 more jobs to be created when new gym opens in city
WSB Property Consultants have successfully acquired premises in Leeds to launch the city’s first gym for boutique operator COACH.
Backed by Dubai-based Select Group, COACH has acquired 385 Kirkstall Road from Asda Stores where it plans to open a class-based gym by March 2020.
COACH Gym is a health and fitness specialist underpinned by a traditional membership based gym model with enhanced fitness services delivered under the sub brands of COACH Class, COACH Evolution and COACH Box.
Stuart Perrin, CEO and founder of COACH, said: “We have taken our time to identify and select the most appropriate location to open our first COACH Gym in the city. We are confident there is a strong demand in Leeds for a boutique gym offer, providing state of the art equipment, a wide range of specialist classes, and free on site car parking.”
The new gym, located west of Leeds city centre, is expected to bring 20 new jobs to the local area and will be the first of a number of COACH Gyms to be rolled out across the city.
