Insights into effective leadership to be shared at lunch gathering

TheBusinessDesk.com will welcome one of its Northern Leadership Award winners to its forthcoming Networking Lunch supported by Titus Learning.

Taryn Edge is the head of organisational development at Linbrooke and the managing director of its national training academy, ntrs.

Attendees at this lunch will hear about her career journey at Linbrooke. This saw her join the team in a client facing role, following a return to work after having her son, before becoming managing director of the training academy.

Alongside her leadership roles, Edge is also the ambassador for the firm’s military programmes and its lead for social sustainability at the group – putting people at the heart of all its work.

Her approach to leadership saw her take home two awards recently and now she will share her approach to breaking silos and enabling a positive work environment alongside her commitment to engaging, exciting and empowering her teams.
