A modern industrial unit in Glasshoughton, Castleford, has been sold for £3.1m.

Leeds-based chartered surveyors Stephenson Day, acting on behalf of a private client, sold the freehold interest of Unit F2, at Summit Park.

The property comprises a self-contained service yard and fully fitted offices let to Chiorino UK for 10 years. The building’s floor area totals 37,266 sq ft and the total gross income is £195,646 per annum.
