Spate of acquisitions completed by property owner and asset manager

Industrial property owner and asset manager, In-site Property Solutions, is continuing to increase its presence in Yorkshire and beyond with a spate of acquisitions.

In-site and its associated companies, all based in Bramham, have recently completed deals in Bradford and York, which follow recent acquisitions in Teesside, Sunderland, Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield.

South Bradford Industrial Estate and York 35 are both undergoing major refurbishments. York 35 is a 35,000 sq ft three bay warehouse with generous yard and offices and South Bradford is a multi-occupancy trading estate.

Langleys Solicitors LLP, a law firm based in York and Lincoln, acted on behalf of In-site for the latest acquisitions.

Alex Boyle, managing director at In-site, said: “Over the last 12 months, we have acquired eight industrial properties in the North East and Yorkshire, with a further three due to complete imminently.

“We have been targeting empty stock where possible, so we can add value. York 35 is generating good interest.

“The multi-tenanted site at Low Moor, Bradford is also undergoing a full refurbishment. Works have now completed at Junction 34, Sheffield where a 25,000 sq ft unit is now available to let. It’s been a busy year and we will continue to grow the companies in our portfolio.”

Tim Cross, head of commercial at Langleys, said: “The industrial sector has continued to outperform the market in 2019. However, there are still good opportunities for purchasers, such as In-site, who have gone from strength to strength in 2019 with a spate of shrewd, value-added acquisitions. We are delighted to have acted on their behalf.”
