More tenants bag space at business centre
The partnership which runs a business centre in Hessle says the facility is now 80% let.
The ergo business centre is in Bridgehead Business Park and first opened in June 2018.
It is run by East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the University of Hull’s Aura Innovation Centre, and is aimed at the growing renewable energy and environmental technology sectors.
ergo offers grade A office space which is now 79% let. Occupiers benefit from the complimentary facilities of conferencing/meeting rooms and an on-site café which is also open to the public.
Recently, new tenants such as Investment Management Energy (UK), Mindmap Productions, Businessdaily.com, HI Commercial, W2E-UK, Propeller Fuels, Forster Media and ScenePro have made the property their base.
ergo will co-host the Offshore Wind Connections 2020 event in May.
The annual conference, exhibition and networking event, featuring key offshore wind industry speakers, attracts regional, national and international delegates, and is organised by Team Humber Marine Alliance. The event is on 13 and 14 May 2020.
