Tenants sought for newly completed retail properties

Listed UK residential landlord Grainger has appointed Knight Frank to find tenants for retail units at its newest purpose-built rental development in Sheffield.

Brook Place provides 237 one, two and three-bedroom homes to rent along with a range of resident amenities, including gym, lounge, co-working space, outdoor gardens and terraces, and the three commercial units.

Brook Place is close to Ecclesall Road and features three ground floor retail units between 1,291 sq ft and 3,271 sq ft on the prominent site between Pear Street, Summerfield Street and Napier Street.

John Jarman, from the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, said: “The homes, which are now available, are likely to attract an audience of 25 to 35-year-old working professionals, sharers and couples from the local area.

“Therefore the retail units would appeal to retailers wanting to target a dynamic, young population living locally, and also a large office population within a five-minute walk.
