New tenants move into speculative commercial development

Seven units at a new warehouse and light industrial development in Bradford have been successfully let.

Robert Austin & Co, together with joint agents Carter Towler, have found occupiers for the properties at Alpha Court, which were speculatively developed by Oakwell Securities.

The new tenants include national operator Motor Parts Direct, TWC Facilities and Auto Electrics Group.
