North Yorkshire’s largest vacant warehouse is now available on a leasehold basis via commercial property agents Gent Visick.

Located on Moorside Business Park in Tockwith near Wetherby, the warehouse building covers a total of 56,633 sq ft. It is four miles from Junctions 46 and 47 of the A1(M) motorway.

Director, Paul Mack of Leeds-based Gent Visick, said: “Opportunities of this scale are few and far between, whilst occupational demand remains extremely strong across the region.

“The property was owned and developed by Tomlinsons Antiques as an Auction Centre and was subsequently acquired by Textile Warehouse in 2010.
