Accountancy firm responds to rapid digital shift with launch of PR arm

Professional services firm Shenward has set up its own marketing and PR arm, as the disruption inflicted by the pandemic continues to force businesses to enhance their digital presence.

The new marketing and PR service will mean clients old and new will have direct access to a professional PR and marketing team.

Sherad Dewedi, managing partner at Bradford and Leeds-based Shenward said: “As the world embraces a rapid digital shift, it’s never been more important to be visible.

Founded in 1989 by Rajeev Dewedi, Shenward is an established firm of chartered accountants and business advisors.

It provides support to businesses and individuals both nationally, and internationally, managing a multitude of functions under the umbrella of Tax, Business Advice, Audit and Accounts, HR & Payroll, and now marketing and PR.

Dewedi added: “We’ve always been committed to moving with the times and meeting demand and we saw great results from our threefold digital strategy, so it makes sense to bring the PR and marketing service to our clients.

The new service will see businesses benefit from strategic marketing, public relations strategies, copywriting, social media management, adhoc PR support and virtual marketing coaching.
