New panellist confirmed for Net Zero North webinar

Andy Allen, the finance director of ITM Power, the listed Sheffield-based business which designs and manufactures integrated hydrogen energy solutions will join the expert panel at the Net Zero North: How the powerhouse can fuel a green revolution virtual event.
Allen alongside Dr Annette Bramley, director of N8 Research Partnership; Myles Kitcher, managing director of Peel Environmental, and Helen Boyle, regional development manager at Cadent Gas; will also discuss how the events of 2020 have accelerated the approach to Net Zero and the transformational opportunities it presents for the decades ahead.
Over the last 12 months ITM Power’s share value has increased almost six fold, with the firm currently having a market cap of £2billion. In its annual reports its chairman Sir Roger Bone highlighted that Covid-19 will accelerate green strategies as part of a recovery package for economies and that ITM with the world’s largest electrolyser factory in Sheffield and strategic partnerships is well placed to capitalise on this.
Allen will share his views alongside fellow panellists at the free to attend event on Tuesday 15 December.
