City office space let to children’s charity

Another suite at Joseph’s Well, in Leeds, has been let on a three-year lease.

Property company Pullans has announced the letting of this space to the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF). The charity has taken a lease on an 807 sq ft suite at the historic building on Westgate.

Joseph’s Well provides over 132,000 sq ft of office space with extensive on-site parking.

Raj Khela, asset manager at Pullans, said: “The letting represents real optimism amidst the pandemic in which we find ourselves in.

“Demand for good quality office space will remain and Joseph’s Well ticks many of those boxes with its excellent value and location.

“CHSF provide a vital service in supporting the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and we are delighted to support them and welcome them to join us here at Joseph’s Well.

“We firmly believe Joseph’s Well represents the best value office space here in Leeds, with fixed rents including all service charges.

“We currently have a range of recently refurbished suites available from 180 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.”

Sharon Milner, CEO of CHSF, said: “Joseph’s Well satisfies our requirements for high quality office space, with its close proximity to Leeds General Infirmary and the city centre, to support our invaluable work and we are delighted with the fit out provided by Pullans’ in-house team.”
