£2m invested to refurbish city centre offices
Leeds city centre office building, 7 Park Square East, has been launched to the market following an extensive refurbishment.
The property which includes a two-storey, Georgian façade building offers 18,000 sq ft of Grade A contemporary office space.
Property consultancies Sanderson Weatherall and JLL are marketing the offices, following an investment of more than £2m into the building.
Alexander Schimmel, from the landlord’s offices, said: “We have owned 7 Park Square East for a number of years and this investment in the property is testament to its prime location on Park Square and the opportunity to upgrade and offer Grade A space to the market.”
Richard Thornton, of JLL, said: “It’s clear office occupier habits are set to change as a result of the pandemic, and we expect to see increased demand for really high-quality spaces with plenty of scope for collaborative working.
“With its exceptional level of finishes and flexible space, 7 Park Square East will be of interest to the market.
Richard Dunn, of Sanderson Weatherall, added: “Rarely does an opportunity like this become available on Park Square, which benefits from an attractive landscaped environment on the doorstep, an elegant Georgian façade and stunning contemporary interior.
“With a lack of Grade A office space available in the city at the moment, it’s no surprise that we are already receiving enquiries from potential occupiers.”
7 Park Square East is available to let with office suites ranging from 3,180 sq ft up to the whole building at 18,000 sq ft.
