Join us to hear Get Living’s plans for city centre living

PRS developer Get Living received planning permission earlier this year to transform its site on Globe Road in the South Bank into 783 apartments across eight buildings.

At TheBusinessDesk.com’s first Property Lunch of 2022, Rick de Blaby the CEO of Get Living and former CEO of MEPC will be sharing his vision for the latest addition to the city’s residential offering.

Get Living plc is the UK’s leading investor, developer and operating platform in the Built to Rent (BTR) residential homes currently operating 4,000 homes with a further 6,000 in the pipeline.

The Globe Road development marks the its first foray into Yorkshire having previously delivered schemes in London including turning the former athletes’ village into a PRS scheme which offers residents a neighbourhood with no fees, no security deposit, the chance to decorate their homes and teams on site for support, as well as a site at Middlewood Locks in Salford.

At the lunch, sponsored by Bevan Brittan, de Blaby will explain his plans for Get Living, the changing opportunities he sees across the North.

The lunch takes place from noon to 3pm on Thursday 20 January with tickets costing £45 plus VAT.

Tickets include a welcome drink and two-course lunch at Bibis in Leeds city centre.
