Flexible finance provider takes on new city centre office

Fresh Thinking Capital is supporting its growth plans with a move to a new office in Leeds’s business district.

The office in Park House, on Park Square, will provide a hub for the firm’s operations nationally.

The flexible finance provider is expanding its team following the launch of a £25m fund to support entrepreneurs across the region.

Mel Hird, founder and director of Fresh Thinking Capital, said: “The new office puts us in the heart of the business community and reflects our ambitions to become a lender of choice for entrepreneurs seeking to grow their operations.

“Park House provides premium serviced office space that allows us to focus on developing our business and the flexibility to support our needs as we grow.

“As we close out 2021, we’re in a prime position to help businesses take their opportunities as the economy recovers from the pandemic.

“Fresh Thinking Capital is a true partner to our clients and supports their goals when they need us most.”

The company provides a range of funding options to entrepreneurs and businesses, along with access to a trusted network of professional advisors.

It is backed by the founders and Foresight, a listed infrastructure and private equity investment manager with over £7bn worth of Assets Under Management.
