Franchise deal on the menu as restaurant launches first city premises

Northern Quality Food Group has struck a franchise agreement with Piri Fino Restaurant Franchises.

The deal – advised on by law firm BRM Solicitors – has enabled the opening of the first Piri Fino outlet in Sheffield, which is owned by the Northern Quality Food Group Limited.

Northern Refrigeration and Catering Equipment Limited (NRCE) situated in Eckington business park has provided the full turn-key shop fit and catering equipment installation solution for this venture at 833 Ecclesall Road.

NRCE has substantial experience over the last 25 years in supplying designing and manufacturing commercial kitchens for the hospitality sector.

BRM acted as legal adviser to Piri Fino owner Mike Brown on the agreement and ensured the process ran smoothly, led by corporate and commercial solicitor, Matthew Lilley.

Their first Piri Fino outlet has opened on Ecclesall Road, serving fresh Portuguese Piri Piri style food, with further outlets planned for Kellam Island and Crystal Peaks in Sheffield and also Chesterfield, Doncaster, Barnsley, and Rotherham.
