Agency roundup: Tribus Digital; Source Marketing Communications; Garnet PR; and more

A Leeds-based digital agency is on course to post record growth figures and boost headcount significantly over the coming year.

Tribus Digital is on track for a record turnover for 2021/2022, increasing 59% throughout the two year pandemic period. During 2022, the business intends to add at least 10 new recruits to the existing team of 30.

The company’s rapid growth has been recognised in the FT 1000: the annual list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. The FT 1000, compiled with Statista, lists the European companies that achieved the highest compound annual growth rate in revenue.

Dom Smith, director at Tribus, said: “The past two years have proved very challenging, but the dedication of a talented team has helped deliver outstanding growth. To receive recognition on a European stage is the icing on the cake.”

Tribus works with clients across various industry sectors delivering digital solutions for businesses, including Willmott Dixon, John Adams, SIG plc (Sheffield Insulation Group) and Christians Against Poverty.

Laura Ellis, director, said: “We’re looking forward to adding to the team throughout this year and beyond.

“We’ve always had the option of flexible working, but like many other businesses, the last couple of years has solidified that approach. We are attracting the best talent in the region and beyond.”

The agency works extensively in the construction sector experience. It delivers solutions that help Tier 1, and Tier 2 construction companies capture, report and use data to make better business decisions.

In addition to construction, Tribus has in-depth experience working with clients in the financial and technology sectors.

Adam Spry, director, added: “Attracting women into developer roles is an industry-wide challenge that we are tackling head-on. We believe it’s vital for our future growth and culture.”

Source Marketing Communications has been appointed by property data and estate agent prospecting platform, Homesearch to grow brand awareness and increase its market share.

Homesearch arms estate agents with big data on the entire property stock in England and Wales – enabling them to generate new leads and win more instructions.

The proptech firm is used by businesses such as Knight Frank, Hamptons and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and has just completed a £5m Series A funding round with the venture capitalist firm that originally backed Zoopla.

Source’s core strategic focus will be on building the brand, educating audiences on the Homesearch proposition, driving increased revenue and growing market share by attracting new estate agent subscribers to its platform.

Martha Phillips, a director at Leeds-based Source, said: “Working with one of the UK’s most innovative proptech brands and helping drive their ambitious growth plans is a major coup.

“It really plays to our integrated PR and digital marketing capabilities and the whole team is thrilled to be at the start of what feels like an exciting journey for Homesearch after its recent VC backing.

“It’s not every day that you get chance to work with a brand that is looking to completely transform the property market and the way estate agents do business.”

Nikki Anderson, chief marketing officer for Homesearch, added: “Source really impressed me with its strategic thinking, creative ideas and proven track-record in delivering excellent results for clients.

“They join the business at such an exciting time, given that we’ve quickly established ourselves as the most comprehensive data and insight platform in the property market and have placed no ceiling on what we want to achieve.”
