Tech company puts pedal to the metal on international expansion

Automotive technology company, Mod Devs is expanding internationally following a new partnership with a leading Australian software provider.

The Leeds-based business has agreed on a new partnership with e-GoodManners, one of Australia’s longest-serving lead management and CRM software suppliers to the automotive industry, to resell the iStoreDOCS platform.

David Boyce, CEO at Mad Devs, said: “We set out to design a technology platform that helps dealers operate more efficiently and gives their customers a better experience. We’ve seen rapid growth in the UK, and it’s great to agree on a partnership that will take the award-winning iStoreDOCS platform to Australia.”

iStoreDOCS was developed for dealers by experts in the automotive industry to help better manage customer documentation. The platform integrates with sales and dealer technology systems to reduce the need to re-enter data and provides an audit trail of activity for each customer. It has already been adopted by over 300 dealers in the UK and the new partnership will support Mod Devs mission to facilitate the digital transformation of automotive retail.

Adrian Rawson, managing director of e-GoodManners, said: “Our mission is to assist dealers and OEMs in streamlining the sales process and providing the best customer experience. Our data shows that our technology improves customer satisfaction and drives profitability. It’s an ethos shared by Mad Devs, and we look forward to helping dealers benefit from this advanced technology.”
