Office opening to accommodate growing architects practice
S+SA Architects has confirmed its expansion to a new central Leeds location due to company growth and notable commissions in the healthcare and residential sectors.
The architects practice, which currently operates out of a head office in Harrogate, will this month open a new office at Park House, Park Square, Leeds.
The move supports S+SA’s continued growth throughout the pandemic and plans to recruit multiple roles across the business at all levels, including apprenticeships and senior positions.
It will also allow the firm to maintain its service on all projects across the UK and attract new clients and talent.
Chris Paraskos, associate architect, said: “We’re incredibly excited about this expansion. The office location is easily accessible for our diverse London and Leeds clients, being only a few moments walk from the railway station.
“It also offers all our staff the ability to work flexibly, at home and across both offices, encouraging collaboration between teams and better wellbeing, which is part of our cultural response to the changing world of hybrid work post covid.
S+SA Architects comprises a team of 20. It operates in the residential, retail, logistics, healthcare, sports and leisure sectors with clients including Tesco, Keepmoat, Jack Lunn, Exemplar Healthcare, Cromsdale Group and Broadacres.
