Pizzeria to launch its 12th location this summer

Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza will open the doors of its 12th branch next month – in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

The Rudy’s Chapel Allerton pizzeria will be at the former Casa Mia site at 10 – 12 Stainbeck Lane.

Creating light and classic Neapolitan pizza since 2015, with the original Rudy’s situated in Ancoats, Manchester, the growing business has since opened sites in Leeds, Sheffield, Greater Manchester, Soho, Liverpool and Birmingham.

It serves classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza.

Gabi Eyres, general manager of Rudy’s Chapel Allerton, said: “We’re really excited to bring Rudy’s to the neighbourhood. It won’t be long before we are able to fire up the oven and serve delicious Neapolitan pizza. As a team we can’t wait to become part of the community.”

Rudy’s is are now recruiting pizzaioli and staff for its front-of-house Chapel Allerton team.
