Fit-out and refurbishment company launches city centre base

Willmott Dixon Interiors has continued its expansion in West Yorkshire with a move to a new office in the centre of Leeds.

The fit-out and refurbishment specialist has invested in new office space at 7 Park Row, a short distance from City Square and Leeds Railway Station.

The premises will be shared by the interiors and construction arms of the business.

It is Willmott Dixon’s second office in West Yorkshire, complementing its existing base at Willmott Dixon House in Morley.

The company employs more than 300 people nationally, of which nearly 80 operate between its regional offices in Leeds and Birmingham.

It has won a series of major fit out and refurbishment projects for public and private sector customers in West Yorkshire.

These include the transformation of two levels of Quarry House in central Leeds and refurbishment of 48,300 sq ft of office space across five storeys of Wellington House on behalf of West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

More recently, the business was chosen to deliver the £3.6m transformation of Leeds Bus Station, which is set to be completed this summer.

Phil Crowther, regional director, said: “We’re very pleased to have secured new premises in a prominent location in the heart of Leeds.

“We have enjoyed sustainable growth in West Yorkshire through the successful delivery of a series of complex and high profile refurbishment projects and a new regional headquarters will provide the platform to continue our development.

“Our success has been underpinned by excellent working relationships with our consultants and supply chain partners, and by placing the customer at the heart of everything we do.

“Having co-located office facilities allows us to provide a fully one-stop service to our customers, bringing the very best interiors and construction expertise together.”
